Privacy

This page explains what information this website handles and where it goes. It is a draft and is pending legal review. It does not replace advice from a qualified adviser.

Information you give us

  • Email: if you email us at [email protected], we use your address and message to reply.
  • Project brief: the contact page builds a downloadable brief in your browser. Filling it in does not send it to us automatically.
  • AI solution brief: the goals, industry and stage you enter are sent to our AI provider to draft a brief. Do not enter personal, medical, financial or confidential data.

Third parties

  • AI solution brief requests and website assistant questions (including conversation history) are processed by OpenRouter, which forwards them to the selected AI model provider. Their terms and privacy policy apply to that processing.
  • Fonts are served with this website; loading the typeface does not require a request to Google Fonts.

What we do not do

We do not use third-party analytics, advertising trackers or marketing cookies, and we do not sell personal information.

We keep anonymous counts of four actions on our own server: a contact brief download, and an AI brief that was started, completed or downloaded. Each count stores only the action name and the date. It does not include your name, email, brief content, IP address or any identifier. Nothing is sent if your browser has Do Not Track turned on.

Hosting and logs

Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, time, requested path and user agent, for security and reliability. Retention depends on the provider's settings.

Your choices

You can ask for your email correspondence to be deleted or corrected by writing to [email protected]. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Changes to this page

We update this page when our processing changes. The last update date is shown in the sitemap.
